β¨ Damaged or Defective Items (Full Refund)Β
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product, we will make it right immediately at no cost to you.

- What we need:Β Please include your order number andΒ clear photos or a short videoΒ showing the defect.Β (Note: We require photo/video evidence to process a replacement or refund with our manufacturing partners.)
- You will not need to return the defective item. We will issue a full refund or send a free replacement immediately.
π¬ Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking has not updated for 30 days, or if your package is officially declared lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or a free replacement.
π "Change of Mind" Returns (Customer Pays Return Shipping)
If the product works perfectly but you simply changed your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Important:Β Because we ship directly from our global manufacturing partners,Β you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our overseas facility.Β Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please note that international return shipping can sometimes be expensive. We highly recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing.

We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. You may cancel your order for a full refund if you contact us within 12 hoursΒ of placing it. Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the logistics carrier, it cannot be canceled.
