  • You will not need to return the defective item. We will issue a full refund or send a free replacement immediately.

If your tracking has not updated for 30 days, or if your package is officially declared lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or a free replacement.

If the product works perfectly but you simply changed your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Important:Β Because we ship directly from our global manufacturing partners,Β you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our overseas facility.Β Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Please note that international return shipping can sometimes be expensive. We highly recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing.
