1. How do I change the ringtone?

① Press and hold the volume button on the receiver until you hear a “ding-ding” tone. Keep holding the button until the ringtone plays.

② Press the music button on the receiver to select your preferred ringtone.

③ Press and hold the volume button again. After you hear the “ding-ding” sound, keep holding the volume button and press the transmitter button at the same time.

The ringtone setup is now complete.

2. Why is the operating range shorter than expected?

① The transmitter battery may be low. Replace it with a new battery and test the range again.

② Walls, metal doors, furniture, and other obstacles between the transmitter and receiver may reduce the wireless range.

We recommend testing the operating range before installation. If needed, change the receiver location or replace the battery.

3. Why did the receiver suddenly stop receiving signals from the transmitter?

① The transmitter battery may be low. Lower battery power can reduce the operating range. Replace it with a new battery and test again.

② The receiver may have been reset accidentally, causing the transmitter and receiver to become unpaired.

If this happens, follow the re-pairing instructions below.

4. How do I re-pair the transmitter and receiver?

Press and hold the volume button on the receiver. After you hear a “ding-ding” sound, continue holding the volume button and press the transmitter button at the same time.
